(Wilmington, DE) — Some scary moments for President Biden and his wife, when a car crashes into a secret service vehicle protecting them in Wilmington, Delaware last night. It happened just as the President was leaving his campaign headquarters. The Bidens were not hurt. The driver was taken into custody. The Secret Service says the man behind the wheel had no idea the Bidens were there. Delaware cops are investigating whether the driver was under the influence at the time of the incident.

Biden was talking to reporters about his polling numbers when, just after 8 p.m., a car ran into a Secret Service vehicle that was blocking an intersection near Biden’s campaign headquarters. Two people were hurt in the crash.
