NEW YORK, NY –A former Obama Administration official was arrested and charged with a hate crime Wednesday in NYC after being caught on camera badgering a food cart vendor on the Upper Eastside. Stuart Seldowitz accuses the vendor of supporting Hamas. Seldowitz has reportedly harassed the vendor on more than one occasion.
