(Florham Park, NJ) — Aaron Rodgers is eyeing a return to practice. During his weekly spot on “The Pat McAfee Show,” the injured Jets quarterback said that he hopes to return to practice by his birthday. Rodgers turns 40-years-old on December 2nd, which would give him about three weeks to prepare for Gang Green’s battle against the Washington Commanders on Christmas Eve. Head coach Robert Saleh said Rodgers will play once he is cleared by doctors. Just 10 weeks removed from surgery on his left Achilles, Rodgers said he is jogging on an Alter G treadmill as he works his way back. New York is third in the AFC East at 4-and-6 and will host the Miami Dolphins on Friday.
