(Tel Aviv, Israel) — Hamas says it has agreed to a proposal for the release of at least 50 women and children who have been held in Gaza since October 7th. Israel would have to agree to pause it’s war against Hamas for at least three days, allow more humanitarian aid into Gaza, and release some Palestinian women and children being held in Israeli prisons. Israel has not commented on the proposal. Israel says one of the hostages held in Gaza, a nine-month-pregnant woman has likely given birth in captivity.
