WASHINGTON DC- The U.S. conducted an airstrike on a weapons storage facility in Syria used by the Iranian Revolutionary Guard. President Biden ordered the strike in response to drone and rocket attacks on U.S. forces in Iraq and Syria that have left dozens injured. Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin said he’s fully prepared to take the necessary measures to protect U.S. personnel in the region.
