(New York, NY) – Did you know kids eat about three cups of sugar on average every Halloween? 77 WABC’s James Flippin spoke to Rachael Richardson, a registered dietitian and licensed nutritionist. Halloween and dressing up in costumes for Trick or Treating is fun — but a little education ahead of time can go a long way toward establishing healthy eating habits.
