In an unprecedented move, Republicans have seemingly distracted themselves from the real tasks at hand, as a personal vendetta against McCarthy on the part of Gaetz has clouded the judgement of Representatives we thought were on our side. In other news of the day, former President Donald J. Trump attends day 2 of his civil fraud trial currently taking place in New York City.
