(New York, NY) — DEA agents say they have arrested a Bronx drug dealer who had been transporting fentanyl on the subway in a rolling suitcase. Agents cuffed Juan Gabriel Vargas, who was allegedly running a drug den out of his Bronx apartment. They say they found 40 pounds of fentanyl, worth over a million bucks in his apartment. That apartment is just six blocks from the day care where a 1-year old child died two weeks ago after fentanyl exposure.
