(New York, NY) — Target says it’s closing nine stores nationwide, including one in Harlem because shoplifting has endangered their workers and sunk their profits. Shoppers near the Harlem store say they did not realize it was that bad. The Harlem Target was the first franchise store to open in Manhattan back in 2009. Now, it will close for good on October 21st.
