(Newark, NJ) – Newark Airport isn’t feeling the love from travelers in a recent survey. According to J.D. Power, Newark came in dead last when travelers were asked to rank 20 mega-sized airports.
New York City’s airports fared a little bit better. JFK Airport ranked 11th out of 20. And LaGuardia is on the upswing as well. President Biden once described it as a “third world country,” but travelers in J.D. Power’s survey said recent upgrades have led to a significant improvement. LaGuardia ranked 14th out of 20.
