Washington, DC — Hunter Biden is planning to plead not guilty to gun charges after he was indicted last week.
President Biden’s son was charged with three felony gun charges. One charge claiming he was not using drugs at the time he bought a gun in 2018. The other alleges he possessed a gun while using drugs. The 53 year old Biden is also asking for his court appearance to be held remotely.
A plea deal with prosecutors had fallen apart in July.
