(New York, NY) — Lawmakers on both side of the aisle have come together to file a lawsuit to try and stop City Hall from building a mega migrant tent city at Floyd Bennett field in Brooklyn. They say they are worried about who will be housed there, and about the flooding issues that have plagued Floyd Bennett field for years. The lawsuit claims there are rules against people living in federally owned parks. Tonight, Sid Rosenberg from “Sid and Friends in the Morning” will lead a protest against the new tent city with Curtis Sliwa at 7PM at Floyd Bennett Field.
