(New York, NY) — Protestors were out last night in Brooklyn hoping they can stop a plan to shelter over 2,000 single migrant men at Floyd Bennet Field. WABC’s Own Sid Rosenberg and Curtis Sliwa addressed the crowd. Protestors say the problem with Floyd Bennett Field is that it floods, there’s no infrastructure for bathrooms, and no one knows anything about the men who could be placed there. Governor Hochul has been negotiating to use the land for migrants. No deal has been signed yet.
