(Queens, NY) – A 75-year-old man is accused of committing a criminal sex act after he allegedly took a little girl on Tuesday. The girl’s mom was arrested at one point, but the Queens DA declined to press charges, after she allowed the man to take the girl to the park while she was shopping for groceries. But cops say mom, Kim Pijuan, only knew Franz Villa for a month. Still, the DA isn’t pursuing a case against Pijuan.
As for Villa, he allegedly did take the girl to the park, but cops say things went wrong at some point after that. He’s been charged with kidnapping, unlawful imprisonment, and a criminal sex act. The girl was found at a subway station, and Villa was arrested there. Police say the little girl is now in the custody of her father.
