ATLANTA, GA – Rudy Giuliani called the racketeering charges against him a hoax , a lie, and an assault on the American constitution.
Giuliani surrendering at the Fulton County Jail Wednesday afternoon, and released on 150 thousand dollars bail.
Rudy Giuliani along with former President Trump, are among 19 defendants indicted on charges in connection with the case involving alleged efforts to overturn the 2020 election results. Giuliani said he will file a motion for removal.
Giuliani is host of the Rudy Giuliani show on 77 WABC.
