NEW YORK- A judge has blocked the state’s retail marijuana licensing program.
The ruling stems from a lawsuit by a veterans group who question why people with drug convictions were allowed licenses to open the first dispensaries.
The order faulted regulators for putting together a program which is contrary with the state law that legalized Marijuana.
The judge recently blocked the issuing of licenses to sell marijuana, with this latest ruling extending the shut down.
