Keeping AM Radio in New Cars Gets Major Push on Capitol Hill

New York, NY  A Senate committee has forwarded a bill which would require AM Radio to be installed on new cars. The push to keep AM radio in cars started by 77 WABC owner operator John Catsimatidas.

Curtis LeGeyt , President of the National Association of Broadcasters, talking about it on 77 WABC’S Cats and Cosby program.

LeGeyt says over the past two and a half months, more than three hundred thousand AM radio listeners across the country have been in touch with their local representatives about the importance of AM radio.
