(Fargo, ND) — Republican presidential candidate and North Dakota Governor Doug Burgum is promising a 20-dollar gift card to anyone who donates one dollar to his campaign. To qualify for next month’s GOP debate, candidates must have contributions from at least 40-thousand individual donors. He has not hit that mark yet.
