(Trenton, NJ) — Independent researchers are going to search through all the recent traffic stops made by New Jersey State Troopers, after a new study shows minority drivers were stopped more often then others. The New Jersey State Police force has been under the microscope before. For ten years, federal monitors watched over the State Police over racial profiling complaints.
