(Hilton Head, SC) — A 69-year-old woman was killed by an alligator while walking her dog on Hilton Head Island Tuesday. Police found the victim’s body at the edge of a lagoon near a golf course, It’s the second fatal gator attack in Hilton Head in less than a year.
