(Philadelphia, PA) — Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro says traffic will flow again along I-95 in Philadelphia this weekend. A portion of the busy highway has been closed since a bridge collapsed last week during a tanker truck fire. Shapiro says crews have worked hard to reopen the highway ahead of schedule.
