UNDATED– Tropical Storm Bret has formed over the central Atlantic. The National Hurricane Center says the storm currently packing winds of about 40 miles per hour, is moving westward and will likely become a hurricane on Wednesday. Forecasters say its not clear if Bret is a threat to U.S. mainland, however the storm could possibly be a threat to Puerto Rico.
