Bronx, NY (77WABC)-A 49-year-old Sunoco gas station worker was shot in his head at 2990 Boston Post Road in the Allerton section of the Bronx Tuesday night.
Police say the injured man was taken to a local hospital and is expected to survive.
The gunman is on the run this morning.
It’s not known if the gunman fled with proceeds. The shooting happened just after 7 P.M.
An investigation continues.
