WASHINGTON (77WABC) — A federal judge has blocked Title 42 – a rule that allows United States authorities to expel migrants who crossed the US-Mexico border.
Title 42 was devised during the Trump administration which continued to be used under President Joe Biden to help stem the flow of migrants coming into the U.S.
District Judge Emmet Sullivan in Washington, DC, ruled Title 42 to be in violation of the Administrative Procedure Act.
