NEW YORK (77WABC) — A 42-year-old man from Queens — with a prior gun charge – was killed, and three other people were injured in two separate shootings in Chelsea Saturday night into early Sunday.
A man and a woman were also hurt and taken to a hospital in stable condition as shots rang out after 10 p.m.
Police say the first shooting happened on 25th street between 10th and 11th avenue. Around 3:30 a.m., more gunfire erupted in Chelsea.
Police responded to a shooting blocks away on West 23rd Street to find a 32-year-old man shot in the chest. He was taken to Bellevue Hospital.
There have been no arrests or motive in either shooting.
