(Queens, NY)-One person is dead, three others wounded in what police say was a targeted possibly gang related shooting Sunday afternoon, blocks from a street festival.
Killed was 28 year old Edwin Naula of 95-23 41 Avenue in Queens, NY as shots rang out in front of 95-23 41 Avenue at approximately 1:35 in the afternoon. Police say Naula was shot multiple times.
Three others where hit by gunfire, a 32-year-old male struck in his torso, a 29-year-old mans was struck by the gunfire in his face and arm and a 36-year-old man who suffered a gunshot wound to his hand.
EMS responded and transported the four males to NYC Health + Hospitals/Elmhurst, where the 28-year-old-man was pronounced dead. The three other gunshot victims were listed in stable condition.
There are no arrests and the investigation remains ongoing.
