NEW YORK, NEW YORK -(77 WABC)- The boat which capsized on the Hudson River Tuesday was reportedly over capacity…according to the New York Post.
NYPD investigators say there were at least 13 people on board the boat—tragically 2 passengers– a seven year old boy and a 50 year old woman drowned.
Its appears the boat capsized from the wake of a nearby vessel.
Its not clear if the owners of the boat could possibly face charges in connection with the accident.
