NEW YORK, NEW YORK -(77WABC)- A suspect is under arrest in the shooting death of 20 year old Aszia Johnson, who was shot from behind in the head while pushing a three-month-old in a stroller on the Upper East Side . Police say 22 year old Isaac Argro the father of the toddler has been arrested and charged with murder and criminal possession of a weapon.
The shooting happened Wednesday night on Lexington Avenue and East 95th Street.
