NEW YORK (77WABC) — Police are searching for a scooter-riding gunman who opened fire on a group of people in the Bronx, leaving one person wounded.
Surveillance footage showed four men sitting near a stoop on Wales Ave. near East 152nd Street in the Woodstock section of the Bronx around 7 p.m. Thursday. The video shows two men on a scooter riding by as one of them starts shooting.
The video also shows the victims scrambling for cover and hiding behind parked cars. Police say a 28-year-old man was treated and released from the hospital after being shot in his leg.
Officials said no arrests have been made.
