Russia: Dostoevsky House Museum opens after restoration in Moscow
NEW YORK (77 WABC) —A Russian who served in President Vladimir Putin’s administration is dead. 51-year-old Vladislav Avayev was also an executive at Gazprombank, which is central to Putin’s gas for rubles plan aimed at circumventing western sanctions.
Avayev’s body, was found by his 13 year old daughter. She told police he had a gun in his hand. Also found dead Avayev’s 47 year old wife, and a 13 year old daughter.
His wife was allegedly 5 months pregnant by her driver. Investigators think Avayev may have become enraged over her pregnancy. Police are investigating the circumstances leading up to the deaths.
