WAUKESHA, WISCONSIN (77WABC)- The list of fatalities in the Wisconsin Parade Tragedy has sadly grown to six.
Authorities say an 8-year-old boy has died after suffering serious injuries when an SUV rammed into a crowd of people at a Christmas parade Sunday in Waukesha.
Jackson Sparks died on Monday.
Jackson’s 12 year old brother was also hurt and is reported to be recovering. The judge set bail for Darrell Brooks at 5 million dollars.
Brooks is charged with intentional homicide in five of the deaths with more charges are likely.
More than 60 people were hurt in the deadly rampage.
