New York, NY (77WABC)-  Fox News has reported 100-200 Americans are still stranded in Afghanistan, after the U.S. Military has already withdrawn due to the August 31st evacuation cut-off.

President Biden is set to speak at 2:45pm EST today to update Americans on the Afghan Crisis.

U.S. Central Command Leader Marine Corps Gen. Frank McKenzie said that on the last FIVE flights out of Kabul, no Americans were evacuated.

“We believe there are still a small number of Americans, under 200 and likely closer to 100, who remain in Afghanistan and want to leave,” Secretary of State Antony Blinken stated, “We’re trying to determine exactly how many.”

Our thoughts and prayers are with all Americans and Allies who are trapped.
