New Photo’s of a Suspect in a Forcible Touching Incident at Times Square Subway Station

NEW YORK (77WABC) — The NYPD has released additional surveillance photo’s of a suspect wanted in connection with a forcible touching incident in Midtown.

Just before 9 am on Monday, July 19th, 2021 the suspect police are looking for approached a 36-year-old woman, as she exited the Times Square Subway station at the corner of 40th Street and Broadway.  Police say he then proceeded to touch the victim over the clothes on her midsection, before he fled.

The woman was not injured as a result of the incident.
