New York, NY (77WABC)-An innocent bystander from upstate New York, 21-year-old Samuel Poulin, was in the wrong place at the wrong time. Gunfire erupted during an argument among CD vendors. Poulin was struck on West 45th St. and 7th Ave. while he was visiting NYC with his family.
He was grazed in his back and taken to around 5:15 in the afternoon Sunday. He was taken to NYC Health + Hospitals/Bellevue in stable condition.
Police say an unidentified male, believed to be the gunman, fled eastbound on 45th Street toward 6th Avenue.
