(Brooklyn, NY)-Police have released a video and photos of a suspect wanted in connection with a violent attack against an 18-year-old female aboard the “N” subway train, the latest incident of violence in NYC’s subway system.
At approximately 8 pm on Wed. March 10th, at 4th Avenue and 36 Street, an 18-year-old female victim was aboard the northbound ‘N’ train when she was approached by an unknown individual. The two engaged in a verbal dispute, at which time the suspect struck the victim on the forehead with a glass liquor bottle, before fleeing off the train at the 36 Street station. The teenage victim sustained a laceration to her forehead. She was transported by EMS to NYU Langone Hospital-Brooklyn, where she was treated and released. There was no property reported stolen.
The individual is described as a male, 20’s, medium complexion, approximately 5’7″ tall, weighing 130 lbs., slim build with a ponytail. He was last seen wearing a grey sweat jacket with the ‘Thrasher’ logo on the front, a white t-shirt, a black knit cap, orange belt, blue jeans, black sneakers, and a necklace with a crucifix.
