A new three-part documentary focusing on George Washington will premiere on the History Channel this weekend. The documentary WASHINGTON begins Sunday February 16 at 8 p.m.
Presidential historian and Pulitzer Prize-winning author Doris Kearns Goodwin appeared on Bernie & Sid in the Morning to discuss the new series. Goodwin serves as Executive Producer.
WASHINGTON will be narrated by actor Jeff Daniels, and tells a very personal story about the life and evolution of one of historys most iconic leaders. The three-part series will feature interviews with President Bill Clinton, Sec. of State Colin Powell and more.
