(New York, New York) – President Trump has confirmed that his $5,000 tariff dividend check will be moving forward.
Trump said the checks will be ‘going forward,’ but only if Republicans retain control of Congress. Trump argued that the government CAN afford the plan, considering the increased funding into the Federal Reserve.
Any payments would still require congressional approval.
