(Austin, Texas) -Elon Musk’s SpaceX has announced a lawsuit against Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton.
It’s an effort to keep information about the so-called Terafab project secret. The Terafab project is a massive semiconductor manufacturing megafactory planned for Grimes County.
The suit also names the county in Texas where SpaceX is planning to build a multi-billion dollar semiconductor plant. The AG’s office previously ordered Grimes County to answer public records requests seeking details about tax breaks it had granted.
This comes ater President trump and the GOP held a Republican Midterm National Convention praising Ken Paxton both night this past week in Dallas, Texas.
