(Provo, Utah) – Charlie Kirk’s family is asking a Utah court to publicly release evidence in the assassination case, arguing that transparency could help answer questions and reduce speculation around the killing.
The request centers on materials presented or discussed in proceedings against Tyler Robinson, the man accused of fatally shooting Kirk during an event at Utah Valley University. The family says the public should be able to see key evidence for itself.
