(New York, NY) – Border Czar Tom Homan says one way or another, ICE is upping it’s presence in the Empire State. Appearing on Fox News, Homan was asked to react to a clip of New York Governor Kathy Hochul, claiming that President Trump himself assured that there would only be a large deployment of immigration agents if Hochul requested it.

Homan said he does not need to ask anyone’s permission and guaranteed a deployment of agents without going into specifics. Homan went after Hochul for terminating partnerships between ICE and various state agencies, including the Department of Corrections. Homan said now when immigration agents detain a suspected undocumented migrant, they are forced to fly them to detention centers in Texas or Arizona since they cannot use facilities in New York.
