(New York, NY) – Popular cruise line Norwegian is making some waves online over a change to their dining address code. Norwegian recently launched an ad campaign touting laid back rules when it comes to dining at the higher end restaurants on board. According to the company’s website, they advise against any guests wearing shorts or flip flops for dinner. The update comes as they just released a commercial featuring guests wearing flip flops in one of the restaurants. Norwegian is one of the major commercial cruise lines and expects to host around 3 million guests across a fleet of 34 ships. Redditors were fuming and some even took issue with the cuisine itself, as one poster said the food is not good enough to require all those rules.Â
