(New York, New York) – A document released by the U.S. Department of Justice includes a detailed allegation submitted to the FBI in which a woman claims she was a victim of human trafficking connected to Jeffrey Epstein, and references an event on Epstein’s private island during which she alleges Tony Hawk was present.
The claim appears in an FBI Threat Intake Examiner (TIE) report from the FBI’s National Threat Operations Center, which summarizes information provided by a caller who contacted authorities in October 2024. According to the document, the woman alleged she was trafficked beginning in early childhood and later taken to multiple locations, including Epstein’s private island.
In the report, the caller claims she was present on the island during a time when Prince Andrew was there and during a period she described as coinciding with Tony Hawk’s wedding on the island. She further alleged that coercive conditions existed on the property, including pressure to pose for photographs as a means of leaving the island.
The FBI document does not include evidence substantiating the claims, nor does it indicate that Hawk engaged in any criminal conduct. The report reflects allegations made by a single individual and notes that the information was forwarded for “situational awareness,” not as a finding of fact.
There is no indication in the document that Tony Hawk has been charged, accused by prosecutors, or contacted by law enforcement in connection with the allegation. Hawk has not publicly commented on the claim, and no court records or law enforcement statements corroborate the allegation.
Epstein died in federal custody in 2019 while awaiting trial on sex-trafficking charges. Since then, large volumes of investigative material — including emails, tips, and third-party statements — have been released by the DOJ and FBI, many of which contain unverified or unadjudicated allegations.
Editor’s note: The allegation described above appears in an FBI summary document released by the DOJ. It is unproven, has not been tested in court, and should not be interpreted as an established fact or accusation against Tony Hawk.
