(Washington, DC) – A document included in the Department of Justice’s latest Epstein-related file release contains an extreme and unfounded claim alleging that Joe Biden was shot and killed in 2019 and replaced by a body double wearing a mask.
The text, which appears as part of a raw, unverified submission within the broader document dump, describes the current president as “an actor with a mask” and advances conspiracy theories involving clones and execution by firing squad. The claims are presented without evidence and are not supported by any official findings.
The Department of Justice has not indicated that the material reflects verified information, noting that the Epstein file releases include large volumes of unfiltered records, tips, messages, and third-party submissions gathered during investigations.
Officials have repeatedly stated that the release of such documents does not constitute validation of their contents, but rather reflects transparency requirements tied to the Epstein case.
