(Washington, DC) – In a press conference early Tuesday morning, President Donald Trump praised the US military and their successful military operation to capture Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro.
During the conference, President Trump also commented on who he thought Maduro was, “He’s a violent guy, and he has killed millions of people…”
President Trump also alleged that “They have a torture chamber in the middle of Caracas.”
This comes after Maduro was successfully captured by the United States on Saturday morning and has been charged with narco-terrorism conspiracy, cocaine-importation conspiracy and weapons charges. His wife, Cilia Flores and other senior Venezuelan officials, including Maduro’s son, are also facing charges.
