(Washington, DC) – Monday will mark the final day in office for Georgia Congresswoman, Marjorie Taylor Greene, following her resignation announced in November.

Greene said she was stepping down after a public break with President Donald Trump, ending a once-close political alliance. While she had been a staunch supporter of Trump, Greene later criticized his positions on issues including healthcare subsidies and the handling of files related to Jeffrey Epstein.

Over the weekend, Greene also condemned U.S. actions in Venezuela, continuing a pattern of outspoken foreign policy criticism in the final days of her term.

Greene was first elected to represent Georgia’s 14th Congressional District in 2020 and won re-election in 2022 and 2024.
