(New York, NY) – The blockbuster film “Marty Supreme” had a banner opening weekend at the box office, bringing in $27 million — the second-best debut for A24 Films. And here at 77 WABC, that’s a big deal — because our owner-operator John Catsimatidis is in the movie.
During a recent episode of Cats and Cosby, the crew caught up with fellow businessman-turned-actor Kevin O’Leary of Shark Tank fame. He plays businessman Milton Rockwell.
Meanwhile, Catsimatidis says the first film has been such a success that there may even be a sequel for the Timothée Chalamet driven flick. Catsimatidis spoke to director Josh Safdie this weekend and learned that nugget.
