(New York, NY) – Just one day after Congresswoman Elise Stefanik made a shocking announcement that she was dropping out of the race for New York Governor, Trump is making his pick known. In a post on Truth Social, the Commander in Chief had glowing reviews for Nassau County Executive Bruce Blakeman as the best choice to lead Trump’s home state
Blakeman welcomed the endorsement saying he will work as a partner with the President to make New York both safe and affordable. Blakeman announced his intention to run in a primary against Stefanik earlier this month. Stefanik on Friday announced she is dropping out of the gubernatorial run and also not seeking reelection to her upstate seat in the House of Representatives.
