(New York, NY) — Erika Kirk is snapping back at Candace Owens. The widow of conservative activist Charlie Kirk has been on a media tour to push back on conspiracy theories about her husband’s murder, particularly by commentator Owens. In response to the ongoing barrage of conspiracy theories and personal attacks, Kirk had a stark, one-word message for Owens-“Stop.”
Kirk made the comment during a town hall lead by CBS Editor-in-Chief Bari Weiss. She labeled talk being spread online and in conservative media circles about her husband’s death at Utah State University, as misinformation and unfounded allegations.
Many of the theories have been amplified by Owens who has suggested betrayals and even vaguely implicated that Israel may have been involved in his death without evidence. Meantime, Owens seems to be pushing back on Kirk’s statements, even claiming to have “spies in the crowd” at the town hall event. Kirk did not mention Owens by name, but her comment was widely interpreted as being directed at her.
