(Washington, DC) — Did former President Joe Biden sit on evidence in the DC bomber case? FBI Director Kash Patel is accusing the Biden administration of neglecting or “sitting on” evidence for nearly five years, calling the delay “incompetence or intentional negligence.” On December 4th, Patel, along with other officials, announced the arrest of a suspect in the case – 30-year-old Brian Cole Jr. of Woodbridge, Virginia. Authorities claim Cole Jr. placed two pipe bombs outside the headquarters of the Democratic National Committee and Republican National Committee on January 5, 2021, hours before the storming of the Capitol by a combination of federal agents and Trump supporters.
Patel told “Fox News at Night, “There wasn’t any production of new evidence from five years ago.” He added, “Here’s what we did — we went out to the country, brought in our experts, and Deputy Director [Dan] Bongino led the charge and said, ‘We are going to look at every single piece of evidence again.”
Cole Jr. is being formally arraigned on charges of planting pipe bomb on December 5th.
