It was a busy day at the Police Athletic League Center in Harlem this past Saturday, November 22nd.
With Thanksgiving tomorrow, 77WABC hosted its annual Turkey Giveaway that brought neighbors, families, and community leaders together for a morning of support and gratitude.
Owner John Catsimatidis and New York Police Commissioner Jessica Tisch opened the event with a press conference about coming together and giving back to the community.
The PAL Center was filled with energy and appreciation as 77WABC John and Margo Catsimatidis, along with on-air hosts, were on site and distributed 2,000 turkeys to families throughout the neighborhood.
Events like this are a reminder of what makes the 77WABC community so special – New Yorkers looking out for one another, trying to make the holidays brighter for those who need it most.
This year, AARP proudly served as the exclusive sponsor of the event, helping make this outreach possible for hundreds of local families.
Opportunities like this are available to advertisers who want to make a meaningful difference, all while gaining powerful brand visibility.
